ON POINT
The
rainbow flowage offers an ever-changing topography. This tiny spit of land appears
only during periods of drought or little rainfall, or times that the dam is
opened to prepare for seasonal water level changes. I spotted this gentleman
fishing from his lawn chair and was struck by the strong graphic lines and starkness
of his surroundings.
On
